Os sócios efetivos da ATEFEP são servidores do quadro de pessoal do Instituto Federal do Sertão Pernambucano, e excepcionalmente, os funcionários de empresas terceirizadas prestadoras de serviço contratadas pelo IFSertãoPE e os funcionários da ATEFEP que, na qualidade de associados, preencheram a ficha cadastral.

Os sócios efetivos da ATEFEP estão sujeitos ao pagamento de contribuição mensal, definida pela assembléia geral, de 5,0%* (cinco por cento) do salário mínimo em vigor, para manutenção das atividades da Associação.
